Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We're a small batch shop built with heart, not warehouses. At this time, all sales are final. That means no returns, or cancellations especially for limited run items like our crewnecks. 

But don’t worry if your order arrives damaged or something’s off, just reach out to hello@earsback.co within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help!

Help! What size should I get?

Our crewnecks are unisex and run true to size, with a comfy, relaxed fit. If you're between sizes or prefer that baggier/cozier feel, we suggest sizing up!

“Earsback” is our way of celebrating reactive dogs the ones who may be scared, misunderstood, or need a little more space. Our name honors the tender, alert moment when a pup pulls their ears back… it’s not aggression it’s communication.

Where do you ship?

Right now, we ship across the U.S. only, with free shipping on all orders. No code needed just good vibes.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it heads to processing quickly, so we’re not able to cancel or make changes. Double-check your cart and info before checkout!

What is “reactive”? What is a reactive dog?

A reactive dog is a dog who overreacts to certain triggers. Like other dogs, people, sounds, or movement.
Reactivity is usually based in fear, anxiety, or excitement, and it can look like barking, lunging, pulling, or freezing.

It’s not aggression. It’s not “bad behavior.”
It’s a dog saying, “I’m not comfortable right now.”

Reactive dogs aren’t broken they’re communicating. They just need support, space, and understanding.
